Финансовая компания продолжает выполнять все обязательства не смотря ни на что, поскольку прекратив свою деятельность, вкладчики окажутся обманутыми.

Деепричастный оборот стоит после объясняемого слова.

если честно, я не очень поняла задание, но вроде так правильно.
