получилось так:
1. Who is always in time for his lessons?
2. What is he going to write about to her in a week?

7. What kind of people do we call brave?
8. Which of them draws well?
9. What news have you heard today on the radio?
10. How many states are there in the USA?

Не очень уверен насчёт 1го, и в 10м одно in явно лишнее. Если это принципиально чтобы было 2 in, то попробуйте так:
10. How many states are in there in the USA?
но на мой взгляд, такой вариант некорректен.
