недоумевая - нет слова "доумевая";
негреющее - как мы знаем, прил-е пишутся с НЕ слитно почти всегда;
непроницаемый - прил-е с НЕ пишутся почти всегда;
неудачник - сущ-е пишутся с НЕ слитно.
Для тебя правило:
1)Глаголы с Не всегда пишутся раздельно.
2) Наречия, прил-е и сущ-е пишутся с НЕ слитно почти всегда, Раздельно же он пишутся, если:
- есть противопоставление с "а"
- есть зависимое слово.
Зависимые слова:
далеко не, совсем не, ничуть не, вовсе не.
