Помогите составить небольшой диалог на тему "Проблема с гаджетом"

Использовать в своём диалоге: when you bought it, the problem you had with it, what you did.

You recently bought a new piece of electronic equipment, but it had a problem. it was jamming every time u tryed to download newapps from android market. u should submitt  claim to shop cos they r responcable for that kind of problem ( if u have warrancy). if they reject it u must apply to court
