Ну, не знаю, допустим:
1. шумные дети , преимущественно на переменах 
чтобы устранить эту проблему, на переменах, на уроках ходят дежурные, которые следят за поведением (не бегать там, не шуметь, вести себя культурно)
2. скажем, кабинет музыки поблизости (можно установить звукоизоляционные стены)
3. скажем, где-то рядом ремонтные работы, используют дрель или ещё что-нибудь (использовать приборы, уменьшающие шум этих инстрментов)
4. ученики слушают музыку (поэтому на уроках запрещается учителями, чтобы не было шумового загрязнения)
5. ещё парты очень шумно поднимают/опускают (делать это аккуратно, стараться не мешать другим)
то есть, основной источник шумового загрязнения , это, безусловно, сам школьник) и  от его поведения зависит устранение этого шума
