Ну как раз на эту тему в школе сегодня говорили. Вообще это можно объяснить тем что Австралия находится дальше от эквата. посмотри, Африка находится прямо на Экваторе что способствует сильным осадком, потому что, Что находится на Экваторе там находится сильное испарение и поэтому там мало осадковИ вот именно поэтому там мало озер и рек
