Нормальное давление на уровне Мирового океане - 760 мм р. с. Первое, что можно сказать, что обе точки находятся ниже уровня Мирового океана.
Второе: давление с высотой падает примерно на 10 мм р. с. на 100 метров высоты.
Стало быть, если принять высоту первой точки за 0, то разница давлений составляет 50 мм. р. с. Поэтому относительная высота второй точки относительно первой - 500 метров (высота отрицательная, т. е. вторая точка - ниже первой)

Абсолютная высота первой точки: 100 метров ниже уровня моря
Второй - 600 метров ниже уовня моря
