Если не будешь заниматься физическими упражнениями,то скорее всего,получишь Лишний вес.К тому же занятия спортом укрепляют иммунитет и многое другое! Если прогуляться по парку,то можно увидеть,что многие люди ходят,дети играют....Поэтому стоит заниматься спортом!

Физические упражнения - улучшают здоровье организма и тела. Спорт - отличное занятие и проведение времени. Нужно находить время для нескольких упражнений в день. Даже несколько упражнений по утрам - улучшат здоровье и приведут к подтянутому здоровому телу.
