The notion of "Healthy lifestyle" has just entered our vocabulary quite recently. It is clear that throughout life all people try to live in such a way as to be happy, not to be ill, to do their favorite business, to spend time with their loved ones and relatives, etc. That is, somewhere in the intuitive level, everyone understands the notion of a healthy lifestyle alike, but at the same time on its own.
