1)Let's build large tourist hotel, large school, large hospital and an airport in the biggest island,because a lot of people live there.
2)Let's build new road in the biggest island,because the population there is really big,so there are a lot of transport.
3)Let's build a small hospital in the island in the South.Because i don't think there are a lot of doctor's.
