2) Камчатке и Курильских островах. В целом в России можно выделить два региона с действующими вулканами – п-в Камчатка (главный) и Гряда Курильских островов. На Курильских островах находится свыше 30 активно действующих и спящих вулканов. На Камчатке – 29, в том числе – знаменитая Ключевская Сопка (4750м).
