Доброе время суток!

Расстановка HAS и HAVE зависит от местоимения, которое стоит перед этими двумя глаголами. Таким образом, HAS мы ставим, когда есть местоимения SHE, HE, IT, а HAVE при всех остальных местоимениях

1. She HAS long hair.

2. We HAVE short hair.

3.You HAVE big eyes.

4. My dog HAS big ears. (Здесь стоит HAS, т.к. DOG=IT)

5. They HAVE black hair.

Негативная форма данных глаголов имеет такую же форму, только прибавляется отрицание - NOT. Таким образом, в негативной форме у нас будет два глагола: HAVE NOT и HAS NOT.

1. She HAS NOT long hair

2. We HAVE NOT short hair

3. You HAVE NOT big eyes

4. My dog HAS NOT big ears.

5. They HAVE NOT black hair.

Вопросы строятся следующим образом: сначала ставится вопросительное слово (если оно есть), затем или сначала (если вопросительного слова нет) ставится вспомогательный глагол ( в Present Simple это DO или DOES), далее подлежащее, сказуемое и второстепенные члены предложения.
