About Korsakov:

Korsakov is a port city in Russia, the administrative center of the Korsakov urban district of the Sakhalin region. The second most populous city in the region, one of the centers of the regional industry and the most important transport hub in the region. Since 2016 it has been included in the Free Port of Vladivostok zone.
