The weather in every corner of Ukraine is of course different. The warmest in Odessa. This is because the closer to the equator the warmer. My favorite time of year is summer. At this time i usually go to sea. In winter, i go skiing (if there is snow). For tourists if they want to see all the sights, I would advise the summer. Because at this time it is easiest to move from one place to another.
