1) I think it can be a dangerous situation. You never know how a stranger prefer to do. May be he ever hasn`t got a dog. In this case the stranger just need a reason for you to going with him. He can be a murderer or even a maniac. And in this case you`ll die if you go with him. :)

I can recommend to children who  are in this situation, don`t have a panic firstly. You can`t show this stranger you are scared or even just nervous. Keep calm and say, you have a lot of businesses. Look around for any people. If you can see them, go to them. In another case be calm and just go away. If the stranger starts to stop you any ways, scream. Try to be more noisy for other people look on you and see the man who trying stop you. Then go away to the place with a crowd of people.

2) It can be dangerous situation. If it isn't any big reason for her to invite you for a tea, be careful. Who knows what she prefer to add in tea. Aspecially for you. You can go to her house, but tell about it to your parents. May be they know her well. In another case it`s no way they let you visit her.

It can be advice: ask your parents about your neighbours and their reason for can invite you to theirs. Always tell to your parents if you plan visit somebody.

3) No, no way, never. There`s no any case for you to agree with this offer. Of course it`s a very dangerous situation. Who know what can they do with you? Yes, you have a little - very little - chance they really want to give you a ride home. But... There are more chances for you to be kidnapped or even killed. Seriosly, who will want to give a random kid a ride? It`s look very strange in any cases.

As an advise I can recommend you don`t answer that people. Go into the people crowd, be more notable for others. Strangers can`t kidnap you if there are a lot of people who see you. If they trying to force you sit into their car, you must scream. Be VERY notable for other people. In that case they can see something is wrong and try to help you.

4) It can be dangerous. But also it can be a normal situation. It really can be just a stranger who don`t know the way. Anyway also it can be a maniac who kidnap children.

You can answer him, but not sit into his car. No way. If he start to ask you for this, go away. May be even you must run away. Scream about the stranger who try to take you away with his car. It`ll be the best way if you can go to any children`s yard or supermarket. When you`ll be in a crowd, phone your parents. Tell them about the situation and ask them take you away.

5) I don`t think there are a lot of chances for this situation to be dangerous. You know this person, so, you must know about him not a little. Ask him about the reason for his words or doing. May be he just don`t be careful with it. Talk with him, make the situation more clear.

But if you feel in dangerous, ask someone to help you.
