The idea of ​​celebrating the arrival of spring, which originated in the Ulytau National Historical, Cultural and Natural Reserve, turned the small event “Terisakkan Spring” in the village of Terisakkan of the same name into a folk festival that raised its status from regional to republican significance.

As part of the festival, horseback riding and hiking treks are organized under the sacred Ulytau Mountains.
