Помогите пожалуйста....первую задачу решила, а со второй проблемы!

 

1)груз массой 6.0 кг связан с пружиной, жесткость которой 1200 H/m. Груз отклонили на 15 см от положения равновесия и отпустили. с какой скоростью он будет проходить положение равновесия? трением можно пренебречь.
