I think that adolescents should have pocket money.Not much,but they need some cash to buy something that they want.This can be whatever they want.Maybe they want go to cinema with a girl from their form.Parents can be afraid that their children will buy alcohol or cigarretes for money that they gave them.So they should educate their kids that smoking and drinking alcohol beverages under 18 years is forbidden.
